The aroma hit me the second I unwrapped it—pure maple, but deeper and nuttier than any syrup I've tried. That golden fenugreek steeped into the cacao butter gives it a warmth that lingers, and the texture is surprisingly smooth for a limited batch.
The cacao butter really carries that nutty, maple-like flavor from the fenugreek seeds — it's subtle but unmistakable. I've been nibbling a square after dinner and it's become my favorite little treat. Just wish the batch was bigger!
