EEN HEERLIJKE BES-REEP!

We mengen antioxidantrijke goji- en vossenbessen door Dominicaanse pure chocolade en creëren zo een reep met een sappige smaak, die doet denken aan kersen-fruitgummies en chocoladerosijnen. We maken deze reep met biologische, Smithsonian Bird-Friendly gecertificeerde cacao van Zorzal Cacao in de Dominicaanse Republiek. Zorzal is de eerste cacaoproducent die deze officiële Bird Friendly™-certificering heeft ontvangen. Op dit vogelreservaat van 1.019 hectare in het hart van de Dominicaanse Republiek wordt cacao geteeld via agroforestry, geplant naast inheemse bomen die een thuis bieden aan belangrijke vogel- en diersoorten, zoals de bruinkopdwerglijster. Meer dan 70% van het Zorzal-reservaat is aangewezen als "voor altijd wild", wat betekent dat het bos behouden blijft en niet voor landbouw wordt gebruikt. Cacao ontmoet natuurbehoud!
