Fenegriekzaden smaken naar ahornsiroop, dus dachten we: waarom niet nog een stap verder gaan? We lieten gouden fenegriekzaden trekken in cacaoboter, waardoor de boter een rijke, nootachtige en aromatische smaak kreeg. Vervolgens verwerkten we de boter in een Dominicaanse pure chocolade die we zoet maakten met ahornsuiker, om de ahornsmaak te maximaliseren.
