Boekweit melk crunch

First bite and the toasted buckwheat crunch against that soft, earthy coconut milk chocolate is such a good combo. The sea salt really pulls it all together, and the bar's got that hearty sweetness that doesn't feel heavy. I already ordered another batch.

The chocolate is noticeably softer than typical bars, which I liked, and the buckwheat adds a real crunch that stays even after a few days. The sea salt balances the earthy sweetness well, though I wish the toasted buckwheat flavor came through a bit stronger. Solid little treat for a limited batch.
