Nous incorporons de la farine de sarrasin dans un chocolat au lait de coco dominicain, puis saupoudrons les tablettes de sarrasin torréfié et de sel de mer. Le chocolat de base est doux, avec une douceur terreuse et réconfortante, et une merveilleuse finale chocolatée. Les gruaux de sarrasin torréfiés ajoutent un croquant qui nous rappelle les bords des cookies. Une pincée de sel fait simplement tout chanter. Nous pensons que cette tablette a le goût d'un cookie aux pépites de chocolat double.
