Vi viker bovetemjöl i en dominikansk kokosmjölkschoklad och strör sedan över rostade bovetekorn och havssalt. Chokladbasen är mjuk, med en jordig, mustig sötma och en underbar chokladig avslutning. Rostade bovetekorn ger en crunch som påminner oss om kanten på en kaka. En nypa salt får bara allt att sjunga. Vi tycker att den här chokladkakan smakar som en dubbel chokladkaka med chokladbitar.
