Buchweizen-Milch-Crunch

That toasted buckwheat gives it this nutty crunch that pops against the soft, almost fudgy chocolate base, and the earthy coconut milk sweetness makes it feel way more rustic than a typical candy bar. I've already eaten two and I'm mad the batch is limited.

The sea salt on top really balances the earthy sweetness of the coconut milk chocolate, and the toasted buckwheat adds a crunch that keeps me reaching for another piece. The soft, hearty base melts nicely, so it's a bar I'd gladly buy again.
