O chocolate de base é macio, com uma doçura terrosa e substancial, e um final maravilhosamente achocolatado. Os grãos de trigo sarraceno torrados acrescentam uma crocância que nos lembra os rebordos de uma bolacha. Uma pitada de sal faz tudo cantar. Achamos que esta barra sabe a uma bolacha de chocolate com pepitas dupla.
