Our Botanical Collection is back, with three fruit, flower, and spice-infused dark chocolate bars to lift your spirits out of the winter and into the spring. This collection features Strawberry Verbena, Rose Saffron, and Olive Oil Apricot.
Strawberry Verbena: Tanzanian cacao and jammy strawberries unfold into bright lemon verbena, creating a bar that tastes like a fruit gummy and feels like stepping out into the sun on a late spring day.
Rose Saffron: We steep dried roses and saffron into cacao butter, crafting a dark chocolate with flavors soft as a flower petal. We taste sweet notes of golden honey and bright rosehips.
Olive Oil Apricot: We blend fruity Spanish extra virgin olive oil and apricot-infused cacao butter into dark chocolate, crafting a bar with a truffle-like mouthfeel and subtle fruity finish. Velvety and rich. Divine, even.
