Maple Fenugreek

Fenugreek seeds taste like maple, so we thought, why not double down? We steeped golden fenugreek seeds into cacao butter, infusing the butter with a rich, nutty, and aromatic flavor. Then, we folded the butter into a Dominican dark chocolate that we sweetened with maple sugar, maximizing the maple-y flavor.
