Olemme vuosien varrella valmistaneet lukemattomia mustikkapatukoita, mutta emme koskaan näin täyteläistä. Sekoitimme pakastekuivattuja mustikoita tansanialaiseen tummaan suklaaseen ja lisäsimme oman tehtaamme valmistamia gluteenittomia sokerikeksimuruja. Tässä patukassa on vähän kaikkea, mitä rakastamme: suklaisuutta, hedelmäisyyttä, hilloisuutta ja keksimäinen mururakenne.

I’m not usually a dark chocolate person, but the Tanzanian base is so smooth it doesn’t need extra sweetness. The crumble’s texture gives it a nice crunch against the soft blueberry bits, and it’s gluten-free so I don’t feel guilty grabbing a second square.
