Vi har lavet utallige blåbarbarer gennem årene, men aldrig en så rig som denne. Vi foldede frysetørrede blåbær ind i tanzaniansk mørk chokolade og tilsatte vores egne glutenfri sukkerkagekrummer fra fabrikken. Denne bar har lidt af alt det, vi elsker: chokoladeagtig, frugtig, syltetøjsagtig, med en kageagtig crumble.
The dark chocolate is so smooth it melts before I can even chew, and the blueberry bits give it this tart pop that keeps me reaching for another square. I’ve already ordered two more boxes because one bar just isn’t enough for an afternoon snack.
The crunch from the freeze-dried blueberries against that Tanzanian dark chocolate is seriously addictive, and it’s dense enough that one bar actually feels like a real snack. I’ve already ordered two more batches before this one’s even gone.
I’m not usually a dark chocolate person, but the Tanzanian base is so smooth it doesn’t need extra sweetness. The crumble’s texture gives it a nice crunch against the soft blueberry bits, and it’s gluten-free so I don’t feel guilty grabbing a second square.
