Kokoa Kamili
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about peppercorns in chocolate, but the bright, zesty kick against that smooth Tanzanian dark base is a real party trick—and the sprinkle on the back means every bite has a little warmth. Honestly, the ground dates keep it from being too sharp, and I finished the whole
The ground dates make it surprisingly mellow for something with peppercorn on it, and that bright, zesty kick lingers just long enough. Snapped off a square after dinner and it totally stole the show.
The ground dates keep the sweetness mellow instead of cloying, which lets the peppery kick from the back of the bar really shine through. It's a touch more tart than I expected from the Tanzanian chocolate, but that liveliness grows on you by the third square.
