Baking Kit

Our Classic Baking Kit features our single origin, unroasted takes on baking chocolate staples. It includes our Classic Dark, a deep, dark, and fruity baking chocolate made with cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic and Maple Dark our maple  sugar-sweetened, single-origin take on the classic bittersweet baking chocolate with the right amount of complexity to give your baked goods that extra oomph.

All of our chocolate is certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO, as well as gluten, dairy, and soy-free.
