The texture really is truffle-like—it melts into this velvety richness that I wasn't expecting from a chocolate bar. That subtle apricot sweetness comes through at the end, which makes it dangerously easy to eat the whole thing in one sitting.
That first bite genuinely caught me off guard—the texture is so silky it practically melts before you chew, and the apricot note lingers just long enough to make you want another square. It’s rich without being heavy, which I didn’t expect from a dark bar.
The fruity cacao butter comes through so clearly, it’s like eating a bite of jam without any of the sweetness. And that velvet finish just lingers—I’ve already ordered another one.
